ABSTRACT: This interview, hosted by  Linda Cianci (Lindagine) , with  Professor Lorenzo Zucca , full professor  in Law and Philosophy at King's College London, delves into his academic work in progress: "The Uncertainty of Will".   The discussion traverses foundational questions in legal philosophy, including the relationship between law and morality, power and knowledge, the fragility of institutional legitimacy, and the epistemic crises that underlie constitutional conflict. Drawing from the traditions of poetic wisdom (Giambattista Vico), value pluralism and tragic dramaturgy, Professor Zucca argues for the role of literature in shaping legal consciousness.
